Job Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on different cannabis products, and ensuring compliance with all state regulations. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Educate customers on various cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods - Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and needs - Conduct product demos and explain the effects and benefits of different cannabis products - Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system - Maintain inventory levels and ensure shelves are stocked - Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensary Qualifications: - Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar industry (e.g., electronics sales, jewelry sales) - Strong knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods - Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish language skills are a plus - Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply - Ability to provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with customers - Knowledge of state regulations governing the sale of cannabis products is preferred but not required - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems - Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict security protocols Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Weekly day range:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
